Myyntipaikan vuokraushinnasto

Viikkovuokra (7 myyntipäivää) 35 €
Kirpputori veloittaa 10% provision myydyistä tuotteista.
Lisäpäivä 5 €

Voit varata haluamasi määrän myyntipäiviä minimiajan ollessa 7 päivää,
esim. 10 myyntipäivää on 50 € + 10% provisio. Kiinniolopäiviä ei lasketa myyntipäiviksi.

Vuokra-ajan vuokra maksetaan varauksen yhteydessä.

Viikkovuokra sisältää

3 säädettävää hyllypaikkaa
Lattiapaikka (hyllyjen alapuolella)
Vaatetankopaikka (n. 1 m)
Hintalaput, kiinnikkeet, henkarit, erilaiset hälyttimet, huomiolaput alehinnoille
Hinnoittelupistooli (myymälässä käyttö ilmaista, vuokrattavissa myös kotiin)
Tuotteiden esillepano vitriiniin tai kirjahyllyyn
Tunnukset Kirppari-Kalle-sivustolle

Omien henkareiden, rekkien, hyllyjen tai lisäosien tuominen ja esillelaitto myyntipaikalle on kielletty. Tuotteita voi myydä ainoastaan niille varatuissa paikoissa. Tuotteiden kuljetuslaatikoiden tai pussien säilyttäminen myyntipaikalla on kielletty. Kirpputorin henkilökunnalla on oikeus siivota ja hävittää myyntipaikalta kaikki ylimääräinen pois.

Provisiomyynti:

Voit tuoda lukolliseen vitriiniin myytävän tuotteen.
Mitään paikkamaksua ei ole, vaan ainoastaan myydystä tuotteesta kirpputorimme ottaa 20% provision.
Myyntiaika on 28 päivää.
Myytävän tuotteen minimihinta 25€.

Varausehdot

Varausmaksun jälkeen varaus on sitova eikä varausmaksua palauteta peruutustapauksissa. Mikäli et pysty itse tuomaan tavaroita myyntiin sairastumisen tms. muun syyn takia, voit luovuttaa paikkasi omalle tuttavallesi. Vuokrasummaa ei palauteta, vaikka myyntijakso jäisi käyttämättä. Maksetun varauksen voi kuitenkin siirtää, mikäli ilmoittaa asiasta 7 päivää ennen varauksen alkamista. Varauksen siirron yhteydessä paikka mahdollisesti vaihtuu. Mikäli myyjä myöhästyy myyntijaksonsa aloituksesta (minkä tahansa syyn vuoksi) tai keskeyttää myyntinsä ennen myyntijaksonsa loppumista, yrityksemme ei maksa paikkavuokrasta hyvitystä. Mikäli myyjä ei ole tuonut myytäviä tuotteita 3 päivän sisällä alkamisesta, kirpputorilla on oikeus vuokrata paikka toiselle asiakkaalle.

Tuotteet voi tuoda myyntiin myyntijakson ensimmäisenä päivänä aukioloaikojen puitteissa tai myyntijakson alkamista edeltävänä päivänä arkisin klo 17-18 ja viikonloppuisin klo 15-16.

Myyntipaikka tulee olla kokonaan tyhjennetty viimeisenä vuokrapäivänä, arkisin klo 16.45 ja viikonloppuisin klo 14.45 mennessä. Huomioi mahdolliset erityisaukioloaikojen tuomat muutokset. Mikäli myyntipaikkaa ei ole tyhjennetty, arkisin klo 16.45 ja viikonloppuisin klo 14.45 mennessä, henkilökunta tyhjentää myyntipaikan ja perimme tästä sakkoa 20 €, joka vähennetään myynneistä. Mikäli tuotteita ei ole noudettu, veloitamme 5 € jokaisesta alkavasta päivästä, jolloin tuotteet ovat noutamatta.

Myyntipaikan vuokra ei jatku automaattisesti. Varausta voi jatkaa, jos myyntipaikka on vielä vapaana. Kun tyhjennät myyntipaikkaa, ole tarkkana, ettei vieraita tuotteita lähde omien myyntitavaroidesi mukana (teemme satunnaistarkastuksia kassalla).

Jatkuva varaus

Paikka on mahdollista varata myös pidemmäksi aikaa jatkuvaksi, jolloin kukaan muu ei pysty varausta paikalle tekemään. Jatkuvan paikan minimivarausaika on 28 päivää. Jatkuvan varauksen irtisanomisaika on 14 päivää ja irtisanominen tulee tehdä kirjallisesti.

Kirppari-Kalle

Saat käyttöösi tunnukset Kirppari-Kalle -sivustoon, jossa voit täyttää hintalappuja valmiiksi esimerkiksi tietokoneella. Vaihtoehtoisesti voit myös täyttää esitäytettyjä hintalappuja kirjoittamalla käsin tuotteiden kuvauksen ja hinnan. Molempia hintalappuja saa tulostettua ainoastaan kirpputorilla. Hintalaput voi noutaa kirpputorilta heti kun paikkavaraus on maksettu.

Suosittelemme hintalappujen täyttämistä Kirppari-Kallessa, jolloin myynnin seuranta on selkeämpää ja virheiden mahdollisuus pienenee.

Kirppari-Kallesta voit myös seurata myyntisi tilannetta.

Tilitys

Kirpputorimme tekee tilityksen automaattisesti myyntijakson viimeisenä päivänä. Teemme tilitykset ainoastaan suoraan pankkitilille ja laitamme rahat maksuun myyntijakson päättymisen jälkeisenä keskiviikkona, jolloin rahat näkyvät tilillä 1-3 arkipäivän kuluessa. Jos myyntijaksosi on pitempi kuin 7 päivää, voit pyytää kerran viikossa välitilitystä. Tällöin maksamme seuraavana keskiviikkona siihen asti kertyneet myynnit. Välitilityksen voi pyytää sähköpostilla, soittamalla tai käymällä myymälässä. Myyntiraportteja on mahdollista saada myös jälkikäteen. Jollei tilitystä ole pystytty tekemään asiakkaasta johtuvista syistä viimeistään kuukausi myyntipaikan päättymisen jälkeen, siirtyvät rahat kirpputorin omaisuudeksi. Tilityksen yhteydessä voidaan pyytää henkilöllisyystodistus.

Jälkitilitys

Tuotteita voi kulkeutua kirpputorilla väärille myyntipaikoille ja tuotteista on saattanut hintalappu irrota. Tästä syystä suosittelemme, että teet myyntijakson päätteeksi kierroksen kirpputorilla sekä katsot hintalaputtomat tuotteet kassan viereltä. Mikäli myymme tuotteitasi seitsemän vuorokauden sisällä myyntijaksosi jälkeen, myynnit kirjautuvat asiakastilillesi. Jälkimyyntitilityksen saat pankkitilillesi kun myyntijakson päättymisestä on kulunut 7 päivää ja on seuraavan kerran kirpputorimme tilityspäivä (teemme tilitykset aina keskiviikkoisin). Jälkimyyntijaksolla myydyistä tuotteista pidätämme 50% myyntiprovision. Jälkitilityksen toteutumisen kokonaismyynnin minimiraja on 3€.

Hintalaput ja hälyttimet

Täytä hintalaput aina mahdollisimman tarkoilla ja selkeillä kuvauksilla (esim. Adidas vihreä huppari koko S). Tämä ehkäisee hintalappujen vaihdon mahdollisuutta. Emme ota myyntiin huonoilla kuvauksilla hinnoiteltuja tuotteita. Tämä on kaikkien myyjiemme etu. Jos tuotteessa on jokin puute tai virhe, kerro tästä rehdisti tuotteen kuvauksessa. Kirpputorille saa jättää myyntiin vain ne tuotteet, joissa on hintalaput jo kiinnitetty tuotteisiin.

Jos haluat muuttaa hintaa jälkeenpäin, laita tilalle aina uusi hintalappu. Kassa ei hyväksy tuotteita, joissa vanha hinta on yliviivattu ja kirjoitettu uusi tilalle.

Varmista, että hintalappu on kiinnitetty kunnolla. Suosittelemme vaatteiden hinnoitteluun jotain lisäkiinnitystä, kuten kiinnityspistoolia tai lankoja. Pistoolia lainaamme veloituksetta kassalta, kun sitä käytetään myymälässä. Vuokraamme pistoolia myös kotiin hintaan 3 € / 3 päivää, kiinnikkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Neulojen käyttäminen on turvallisuussyistä kiellettyä.

Jos tuotteen hintalappu on jostain syystä hävinnyt, ei tuotetta myydä, vaan se viedään hintalaputtomille tavaroille tarkoitettuun paikkaan. Hintalaputtomia tavaroita säilytämme noin kaksi viikkoa, jonka jälkeen ne siirtyvät kirpputorin omaisuudeksi. Hintalaputtomia tavaroita saa tulla tutkimaan myymälässä asioidessaan, mutta laitamme myös kaikista tuotteista kuvat Facebookiin myyjille tarkoitettuun omaan ryhmään. Ryhmän nimi: Puutorin kirppis, myyjien ryhmä.

Säädettävät hyllypaikat

Vain liikkeemme henkilökunnalla on oikeus säätää ja muokata myyntipaikkoja. Mikäli asiakas menee itse muokkaamaan myyntipaikkoja ja aiheuttaa vahinkoa, asiakas on korvausvelvollinen.

Vapaavalintaiset lisäpalvelut

Hinnoittelupistoolin vuokraaminen kotiin 3 € / 3 päivää

Vuokraamme hinnoittelupistoolia kolmeksi päiväksi kotiin. Vuokra-ajan ensimmäiseksi päiväksi lasketaan päivä, jolloin pistooli noudetaan myymälästä. Muovikiinnikkeet kuuluvat hintaan.

Siivouspalvelu 7 € / 7 myyntipäivää

Siivouspalveluun kuuluu hyllypaikan ja vaatetankopaikan siistiminen vähintään joka toinen päivä. Paikka ei saa olla liian täynnä. Henkilökunta arvioi tarvittaessa kohtuullisen täyttöasteen.

Siivouspalvelu (laaja) 12 € / 7 myyntipäivää

Siivouspalveluun kuuluu hyllypaikan ja vaatetankopaikan siistiminen vähintään kerran päivässä. Paikka ei saa olla liian täynnä. Henkilökunta arvioi tarvittaessa kohtuullisen täyttöasteen.

Kaveripaikka 5 € / kaveri max 14pv

Tällöin kaikilla samalla paikalla myyvillä on omat tunnukset Kirppari-Kalleen sekä erilliset hintalaput ja myynninseuranta. Tilitykset tulevat myös automaattisesti oikeiden henkilöiden tileille. Huomioi, että kaveripaikalle laitettava alennus laitetaan voimaan aina kaikille paikan henkilöille, jotta alennus olisi ostaville asiakkaille mahdollisimman selkeä. Kaveripaikasta veloitetaan 5€ per kaveri ja hintaan kuuluu maksimissaan 14 myyntipäivää, ylimenevistä päivistä veloitetaan uudet 5 euroa, jolla kaveripaikkaan tulee uudet 14 myyntipäivää käytettäväksi

Lisävaatetanko 1€ / päivä

Voit halutessasi saada hyllyjen alle laitettavan noin metrin pituisen lisätangon vaatteille. Tanko on mahdollista laittaa paikoilleen ja ottaa pois milloin tahansa myyntijakson aikana, jolloin veloitamme käytössä olleiden päivien määrän mukaan.

Kuljetuspalvelu alkaen 15 €

Noudamme valmiiksi pakatut myyntiin tulevat tavarat asiakkaan pihalta. Turun keskustan tuntumassa olevat kuljetukset kustantavat 15 €. Keskustan ulkopuolelta tulevat noudot ja myymättömien tavaroiden takaisin tuonti on myös mahdollista. Ole näistä yhteydessä suoraan kirpputorin henkilökuntaan ennen kuljetuspalvelun varausta. Olethan yhteydessä kirpputoriin vähintään 5 päivää ennen varauksen alkua sopiaksesi kuljetusaikataulun.

Tavaroiden laitto myyntipaikoille 10 €

Henkilökuntamme laittaa valmiiksi hinnoitellut tavarat myyntipaikoille. Arvioimme tarvittaessa kohtuullisen täyttöasteen.

Myyntipaikan tyhjennys 12 €

Tyhjennämme myymättä jääneet tavarat myyntijakson viimeisenä päivänä odottamaan asiakkaan noutoa. Tavarat tulee noutaa myyntijakson viimeisenä päivänä ennen liikkeen sulkeutumista.

Myymättömien tavaroiden jättö kirppikselle 10 €

Myymättä jääneet tavarat on mahdollista jättää meille. Asiakkaan tulee kuitenkin itse tyhjentää paikka kokonaan sopimusehtojen mukaisesti.

Löytöpiste

Kirpputorilla on löytöpiste, johon kerätään hintalaputtomat tavarat ja tuotteet, jotka ovat jääneet kirpputorille vuokra-ajan jälkeen. Ilmoitamme sähköpostitse jääneistä tavaroista myyjille, jotka ovat Kirppari-Kallen tietoihin merkinneet haluavansa yhteydenottoa myyntijakson jälkeen löytyneistä tavaroista. Mikäli tuotteita ei ole noudettu 7 vuorokauden kuluessa ilmoitusviestin lähtemisestä, tuotteet siirtyvät kirpputorin omaisuudeksi. Löytöpiste tyhjennetään viikon välein. Hintalaputtomista tuotteista otamme kuvia, jotka lisäämme myyjien Facebook-ryhmään.

Vastuu

Asiakas on vastuussa oman myyntipaikkansa järjestyksestä sekä tuotteista, joita hän myy. Emme ota myyntiin rikkinäisiä tuotteita, elintarvikkeita, vaarallisia aineita, aikuisviihdettä, alkoholijuomia, tupakkaa, piraattituotteita tai mitään laitonta. Tarkista sähkölaitteiden toimivuus aina ennen myyntiin tuontia! Kirpputorilla on oikeus poistaa tuotteita myynnistä ja ilmoittaa poistetuista tuotteista asiakkaille.

Myynnissä olevat tuotteet eivät saa ulottua käytävälle asti. Jos myyntipaikassa on liikaa tavaraa niin, että tuotteet leviävät naapurin paikalle tai käytävälle, kirpputorilla on oikeus siistiä paikkaa 5 € maksulla. Muistutamme, että siistit pöydät, joissa ei ole liikaa tavaraa vetävät asiakkaita parhaiten puoleensa!

Jos huomaat myyntipaikallasi vieraita tuotteita, pyri palauttamaan ne oikeaan paikkaan tai tuomaan ne kassalle. Älä siirrä niitä toisen myyjän paikalle. Kirpputori ei vastaa tuotteiden vahingoittumisesta tai katoamisesta. Meillä on tallentava videovalvonta ja kassalta saa veloituksetta varashälyttimiä. Tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- eikä palautusoikeutta (ellei kassalla ostohetkellä toisin mainita).

Myyjä antaa sopimusehtojen mukaisesti suostumuksen sosiaalisessa mediassa julkaistavaan materiaaliin, jota tuotetaan myynnin edistämiseksi.

Emme vastaa tulipalosta, vesivahingosta, varkaudesta tai ilkivallasta aiheutuvasta vahingosta.

Varatessaan myyntipaikan, myyjä sitoutuu noudattamaan Puutorin kirppiksen ohjeita ja sääntöjä. Ohjeiden ja sääntöjen noudattamatta jättäminen tai epäasiallinen käyttäytyminen kirppiksellä voivat johtaa myyntipaikan vuokrauksen ennenaikaiseen päättymiseen.
Puutorin kirppis pidättää kaikki oikeudet muutoksiin.

Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla tehtävissä maksuissa Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa.

1Sales Spot Rental Fees

Weekly fee (7 selling days) 35 €
We charge a 10% provision of items sold.
Extra day 5 €

You may book as many selling days as you want (minimum of 7). For example, 10 selling days will cost 50 € + 10% provision. Days when the store is closed do not count as selling days.

The rental fee must be paid when booking.

Weekly fee includes

3 adjustable spots on shelves
A floor spot (below the shelves)
A spot on a clothes rack (approx. 1 m)
Price tags, clips, hangers, alarm systems, highlight notes for sale prices
Pricing gun (free to use in the store, may also be rented for home use)
Setting up the items in a display or bookshelf
An account for Kirppari-Kalle website

Bringing in and setting up your own hangers, clothes racks, shelving or extra parts is prohibited. You may only sell items at their designated spots. Storing boxes or bags used in transporting the items at the sales spot is prohibited. Our employees have the right to remove and dispose of everything not allowed.

Provision sales:

You may bring an item to be sold from the lockable display.
There is no fee for the spot, but we will charge a 20% provision.
The selling period is 28 days.
Minimum price for the sold item is 25 €.

Terms of Booking

After the fee is paid, the booking is binding, and the fee shall not be refunded if the booking is cancelled. The fee shall not be returned even if the sales period is not used. A paid booking can be rescheduled, if you notify us at least 7 days before the starting date. The sales spot might get moved in the event of rescheduling. If the seller starts their sales period late (for any reason) or stops selling before the period is over, the unused days will not be refunded. If the seller hasn’t brought their items in in 3 days from the starting date, the store reserves the right to rent the spot to another customer.

Items can be brought in on the first day during our business hours, or the day before the reservation starts from 17 to 18 on weekdays and from 16 to 17 on weekends.

The sales spot must be completely emptied on the last day of the rental period, by 16.45 on weekdays and by 14.45 on weekends. Note the possibility of changes related to special opening hours. If the spot is not emptied by 16.45 on weekdays or 14.45 on weekends, the staff will empty the spot and we will charge a 20 € fee, deducted from your sales. If the unsold items are not collected, we will charge a 5 € fee for every day the items stay at the store.

The reservation of a sales spot does not continue automatically. You may continue your reservation if the spot is still available. When emptying your spot, make sure you collect only your own items (we do random checks at the register).

Continuous Reservation

It is possible to book a spot for a longer period so that nobody else can reserve said spot. The term of notice is 7 days, and the termination must be made in writing.

Kirppari-Kalle

You get access to the Kirppari-Kalle website where you can, for example, fill out price tags on your own computer. You may also use pre-filled price tags by writing the item description and the price by hand. Both types of price tags can be printed only in the store. You may collect the price tags at the store as soon as the booking is paid.

We recommend filling out the price tags on Kirppari-Kalle to make the monitoring of sales clearer and to reduce the number of errors.

You can also monitor your own sales on Kirppari-Kalle.

Payments

Our store calculates the total of sales on the last day of the sales period. We make payments only by bank transfer and the money will be paid out on the Wednesday following the end of your sales period. The money will arrive on your bank account within 1-3 banking days after that. If your sales period is longer than 7 days, you may request a weekly payment. In that case, we will pay you the accrued sum on the next Wednesday. You may request a weekly payment by email, phone or by visiting the store. You can also request sales reports afterwards. If the payment cannot be made due to reasons depending on the customer within a month of the ending date of the sales period, the money shall be deemed as property of the store. We may ask for identification when making the payment.

Post-clearance

Products may be transported to the wrong places at the flea market and the price tag may have fallen off the products. For this reason, we recommend that you take a tour of the flea market at the end of the sales period and look at the products without tags next to the checkout. If we sell your products within seven days after your sales period, the sales will be credited to your customer account. You will receive a post-sale settlement in your bank account 7 days after the end of the sales period and the next time is the settlement date of our flea market (we always make settlements on Wednesdays). We withhold a 50% sales commission on products sold during the after-sales period. The minimum limit of total sales for post-payment is €3.

Price Tags and Alarms

Be sure to fill out the price tags with as exact and clear descriptions as possible (for example: Adidas green hoodie size S). This reduces the possibility of the price tags being mixed up. We do not sell items with non-viable descriptions. This is to benefit all of our customers. If there is a flaw in the item, tell about it honestly in the description. You may only sell items with price tags attached.

If you wish to alter the price afterwards, replace the old price tag with a new one. The register does not accept items with price tags that have the old price crossed out and replaced with a new one.

Make sure that the price tag is properly attached. We recommend using the pricing gun or thread to attach the tags to clothes. The gun may be borrowed from the register for free, when used in the store. We also rent out the pricing gun for 3 € / 3 days, fasteners included. Using needles in the store is prohibited for safety reasons.

If a price tag is missing for some reason, the item will not be sold, but taken to storage for untagged items. We store the untagged items for approximately two weeks, after which they shall be deemed property of the store. You may search through the untagged items, but we also post pictures of every untagged item to the sellers’ group in Facebook.

Adjustable spots on shelves

Only our staff is permitted to adjust and alter sales spots. If a customer makes adjustments and causes damage, they shall be held liable.

Optional Extra Services

Pricing Gun Rental 3 € / 3 days

You may rent a pricing gun for three days to use at home. The first day of the rental period is the day the gun is picked up from the store. Plastic fasteners are included.

Clean-up Service 7 € / 7 selling days

The clean-up service includes tidying up the spots on the shelves and on the clothes rack at least every other day. The spot should not be too full. If needed, the staff will assess a proper number of items for the spot.

Clean-up Service (Premium) 12 € / 7 selling days

The clean-up service includes tidying up the spots on the shelves and on the clothes rack at least once a day. The spot should not be too full. If needed, the staff will assess a proper number of items for the spot.

Buddy Spot 5 € / Buddy max 14 days

Everyone selling on the same spot will have their own separate Kirppari-Kalle accounts, price tags and sales monitoring. The payments will also be automatically made to everyone’s the bank accounts. Note that when using a percentage sale campaign, it must apply to everyone using the spot to make I clear for the buyers. A Buddy Spot will cost 5€ per Buddy for max. 14 days. After that, another 5€ fee will be charged and there is a new 14 selling day period for the Buddy.

Extra Clothes Rack 1 € / Day

You may have an approximately 1-metre-long clothes rack to be used below the shelves. You may add or remove the rack at any time during the sales period and we will charge you for the days it was used.

Transport Service from 15 €

We will pick up packed items outside the customer’s house/building. Transportation for items located around the centre of Turku costs approximately 15 €. Pick-ups and item returns from further away are also possible. Please be in touch with the staff before booking these services. Please be in touch at least 5 days before the start of your sales period to confirm the transportation schedule.

Setting up a Sales Spot 10€

Our staff will set up your sales spot with your pre-tagged items. We will assess the proper number of items if necessary.

Clearing up a Sales Spot 12 €

We will clear up the spot from unsold items on the last day of the sales period for pick-up. The items must be picked up on the last day of the sales period before the store closes.

Leaving the Unsold Items to the Store 10 €

You may leave the unsold items to the store. However, you must clear up your sales spot as dictated by these terms and conditions.

Lost and Found

The store has a lost-and-found storage, where we will store untagged items and items left at the store after the sales period. We notify the sellers, who have mentioned on Kirppari-Kalle that they wish to be notified about items left behind, by email. If the items are not collected within 7 days starting from the sending of the email, the items will be deemed as property of the store. The Lost and Found is emptied once a week. The untagged items will be photographed, and the pictures will be posted to the sellers’ Facebook group. Name of the group is: Puutorin kirppis, myyjien ryhmä.

Liability

The customer is liable for their sales spot and for the items they are selling. We do not accept broken items, groceries, dangerous substances, adult entertainment, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, counterfeit items or anything illegal. Make sure your electronic appliances and items work before bringing them in! The store reserves the right to remove items and notify the customer of items removed.

The items for sale must not reach or block the aisles. If a sales spot is too full and the items take space from surrounding spots or the aisles, the store reserves the right to tidy the spot up and charge a 5 € fee. Remember: tidy spots with not too much clutter are the best sellers!

If you notice unknown items on your spot, please return them to their correct spot or to the register. Do not move them to another seller’s spot. The store is not liable for damaged or missing items. We have a recording video surveillance system in place, and you can get alarms for free from the register. The items can’t be exchanged or returned (unless stated differently at the register when purchasing).

The seller accepts that their items or other material can be published on social media for marketing purposes.
We are not liable for damage caused by a fire, water damage, theft or vandalism.

When booking a sales spot, the seller agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of Puutorin kirppis. Failing to comply or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may lead to a premature termination of a sales reservation.
